Extendable sunshade sail made of HDPE fabric tailored and sewn to individual size

How does the extension work?

A steel rope is threaded through the mounting eyelets on the edges of the sail, allowing the sail to be extended or retracted as required. Mounting accessories can be found in the sail mounting tab.

The valances are formed when the sail is rolled up; when unrolled, the fabric is slightly wavy

Double mounting eyelets for extension are punched on the longer sides approximately every 50cm, while single eyelets are punched on the shorter sides. The eyelet has an inner diameter of 12mm and is centre is located 2.5cm from the edge of the fabric. The maximum width of the sail is 3,0m.

As an option, you can order a sail with eyelets punched approximately every 40cm or approximately every 30cm.

How do I order a customised terrace sail?

1. Select colour,
2. Select width,
3. Select length (direction in which the sail will be extended)
4. You can attach a specification/design/photograph to help us with the execution of your order
5. You can choose a mounting set (optional).
6. As a standard, the sail has eyelets punched approximately every 50 cm.
7. Optionally, you can order a sail with more densely punched eyelets. Depending on the option there will then be double eyelets approximately every 40 cm or approximately every 30cm.

Extendable sails from HDPE fabric are made up to a width of 3,0m and a maximum length of 5,5m.

The mounting clearance for the width of the sail  should be 3-5cm, the sails are made to the full length of the structure. For example, if the structure has internal dimensions of 1.2m (W) x 5m (L), the correct size of the sail is 1.15m (W) x 5m (L) (overhang).
