In case the goods are not compliant with your order, please contact us directly at the e-mail address office@shade4you.eu, we will call you or write back in order to find the best solution. We are in favor of fast solutions, that is why we usually skip unnecessary procedures.

Returns and complaints

Defectively manufactured goods are subject to a complaint. Statutory complaint procedure lasts up to 14 days, but we are trying to shorten this period to 36 hours.

Return policy

If you purchased our product that turned out not to be compliant with your expectations - it can be returned within 14 days, provided it is not used.
